PICKING A TEAM NAME FOR THE MONGOL RALLY - WHY IS IT SO HARD?

How we got our team name ......

Without a team name for the Mongol Rally it's impossible to do anything. You can't create a website, a Facebook page or an instagram account. So I've been pestering Tom for weeks to help me find a name for our Mongol Rally 2020 Team.

Here's the short list we created (we being Tom, me and everyone we work with who are surely sick to death of hearing about the Mongol Rally already!).

- Coddiwompler
- Rocky Road To Mongolia
- Potholes & Punctures
- Ulan Bator Baht'At  (dismissed as Tom ALWAYS wears his flat cap)
- Microlia
- Meander To Mongolia

It took a pint in the local pub for Tom to come up with WHERE MICRAS DARE. Our car of choice being an indestructible nineteen year old Nissan Micra!

Inspired by one of Toms favourite films, Where Eagles Dare. A sixties classic with Clint Eastwood and Richard Burton.

If you haven't seen it check out the trailer below.

I must confess, I haven't seen it yet (I being Ana). It's on my list!
